Every VELA residency follows the same five-day arc: arrive, move, explore, rest, and celebrate. The details adapt to the property and the cohort, but the rhythm stays deliberate.
Land, settle, meet the cohort.
Private airport transfer to the property. Check-in and room orientation.
Property walk — terrain, facilities, and the week ahead.
Welcome circle: introductions, intentions, cohort expectations.
Long-table dinner. First conversations, no agendas.
Train the body, then restore it.
Sunrise movement session — strength, mobility, breath.
Recovery breakfast with the performance team.
Sauna, ice bath, and contrast therapy rotations.
Hyperbaric oxygen and red light therapy sessions.
Bodywork and massage appointments. Personal downtime.
Guided breathwork session for nervous-system down-regulation.
Fireside dinner and recovery debrief.
Play in the landscape around the property.
Guided trail run, hike, or water session depending on location.
Outdoor lunch in a private setting on the property.
Court sports, drives, or sailing — the terrain decides the option.
Sunset gathering and informal sharing.
Chef's dinner under the stars.
Unstructured time for deep thinking and recovery.
Optional slow movement or sleep-in. No fixed wake-up.
Quiet workspaces, reading, or one-on-one conversations.
Light lunch. Afternoon is free for rest, sea, or spa.
Recovery suite: red light and optional hyperbaric sessions.
